Placing An Order / Billing Questions
Placing An Order: Thank you for your interest in the White Faux Taxidermy Brand sculptures. To place an order, simply locate the product you are seeking using our dynamic search box or individual category pages. If you are seeking a custom-painted product, we would be more than happy to assist you. Simply fill out the contact form below with the sculpture and color(s) you are seeking and our Client Support team will quickly respond. Presently, we do not accept payments or orders over the phone. Product Measurements / Dimensions: Each sculpture has the dimensions included within the description. The height measurements are from the lowest point to the highest point; width is measured from the furthest points from left to right; and, the depth is based from the furthest point towards the wall to the closest portion on the nose (if applicable).

Tracking My Order: The White Faux Taxidermy team thanks you for your order. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an e-mail notification that includes your order ID #. We work diligently to ensure you receive a hand painted sculpture that's both beautiful and delivered quick. However, certain items take a little longer than others to create, so please allow up to (7) business days before receiving an update. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number from UPS.com or USPS.com and a notification from WhiteFauxTaxidermy.com. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours from the time you receive your tracking # for the shipper's database to fully propagate. If you are tracking an order placed on Etsy.com, Amazon.com or another shopping vertical; you will receive a notification originating from their respective site(s).
I Received My Order
Assembly: We hope you love your new sculpture. The White Faux Taxidermy team takes pride to ensure each product you receive is truly unique and exceptionally crafted. Please note that certain sculptures require that you insert the antlers or horn into the head- Assembly is simple with each antler being designated an 'R' or an 'L' which corresponds to the 'R' or 'L' within the head. If you do have additional questions please feel free to contact us below for further assistance.
Delivery Issues: At White Faux Taxidermy we take damaged sculptures very serious. We take extra precaution by using air cushions and forms to ensure your sculpture is staying put even when traveling. However, damages unfortunately do occur; White Faux Taxidermy insures each shipment and will work with the courier to resolve any claims. In order to quickly expedite your request; please provide image(s) of the sculpture and packaging along with your order number and e-mail to: info@WhiteFauxTaxidermy.com.
